For safety and hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned after delivery. Returns are not accepted for:
Requests without unboxing videos or made after 72 hours are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Once verified, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Damages caused after delivery, improper use, or negligence are not covered.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours for a full refund.
After 2 hours, a 30% deduction applies for prepaid orders.
